NISMO Omori Factory is an official store that performs vehicle maintenance for customers. Even after relocating to Yokohama, it has inherited the name "Omori", which has been familiar to Nissan motorsports fans since before the establishment of NISMO, and its staff consists mainly of mechanics with abundant motorsports experience and highly specialized technical skills.

At the entrance, customers are greeted by a Nissan R390 GT1 (the car that finished 3rd place in the 1998 Le Mans 24-hour race). Up to eight cars can be displayed on the floor. Inside the showroom, trophies and helmets of past drivers are on display, allowing visitors to experience the glorious history of the race. The showroom is also equipped with the facilities and space to accommodate various events such as press events and public viewing.
