Nissan Motorsports International Co., Ltd ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://shop.nismo.co.jp/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations regarding our service.

1. General

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all the items of your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will cancel and refund the purchase price of the out-of-stock items.

2. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for the ordered products will be presented and charged in addition to the product prices at the time of submitting your order.

3.1 Transit Time Internationally

If the ordered products are in stock and available, your order will be in transit from Japan for 4–15 days.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment for the order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays in Japan at which time the warehouse will be closed. Our warehouse will also be closed during annual holiday seasons in Japan: Golden Week (late April to early May), summer break (mid August) and new year holidays (late December to early January). In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address

We are NOT able to change the delivery address at any time after order acceptance.

3.4 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the purchase price of the out-of-stock item and dispatch the rest of the order.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.

6. Sales Tax (VAT, GST) and Import Duties and Taxes

We deliver our products to various countries where the sales taxes and import duties and taxes vary.

All such taxes and duties are excluded from the product prices listed on the Website and will be presented and charged in addition to the product prices and shipping costs at the time of submitting your order. In other words, you will know the total price before you place your order.

For your information, depending on the countries the sales taxes and import duties and taxes may be levied on not only the products but also shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

We are unable to accept cancellations at any time after the order has been accepted.

8. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim and confirmed the existence of the damage in-transit.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost In-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
